How To Cook Biryani (Egg Biryani)


Rice (boiled)  1kg
Eggs  1 dozen (12)
Onion (chopped)                                                  200 grams
Cumin (zeera)  25 grams
Salt                                                                      1tbsp
Black pepper  2 tbsp
Butter or Oil  125 grams

How to Cook Biryani :

Put onion(chopped),cumin(zeera),salt,black peppers,butter(ghee) and eggs in a pan and beat it properly, cook
it on a low flame till the butter and eggs are seperated.  Now take a pan or degchi spread a layer of boiled rice and then a layer of egg curry which we made just now.  Do this layer thing twice and then cover the degchi or pan and keep it on a very low flame (DAM) for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes serve it with good garnishing.  Egg biryani is ready.
